We start from the core principles of industrial automation, introducing PLCs, sensors, actuators, and motor control systems used in manufacturing environments. Trainees gain hands-on experience with servo motors, stepper motors, pneumatic and robotic systems, learning how to automate real production lines and assembly operations.

Our robotics module takes this further — participants design and build functional robots such as pick-and-place units, AGVs, and vision-based spray systems. Every robot is programmed to interact with sensors, cameras, and AI control systems for tasks like motion control, obstacle detection, and intelligent decision-making.

Each session is designed around practical learning, where trainees wire circuits, write control programs, and validate performance using live hardware. We use industry-standard tools such as Mitsubishi PLCs, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ROS (Robot Operating System) to ensure every participant gains skills aligned with current industrial needs.

By the end of the program, engineers are capable of independently designing automation solutions, developing robotics prototypes, integrating IoT modules, and writing control algorithms for real-time applications.
